Tuna Crunch Salad
1 can tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
1 T minced onion
1 to 2 T lemon juice
3/4 cup salad dressing
1-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1-1/4 cups crushed potato chips
Combine tuna, pickles, onion, lemon juice and salad dressing. Chill. Cover until ready to serve. Add cabbage and toss. Add 1 cup potato chips and toss lightly. Heap into shallow lettuce-lined bowl and sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
