      The Annual Medicare Open Period is from October 15th to December 7th each year.  During this time, you can join a plan or change to a different plan.  “If you have Medicare and want to save the most money on your medications you need to compare options each year”, says Robin Thompson, Information and Assistance Director for the Senior LinkAge Line®

      Medicare beneficiaries are encouraged to review their 2017 plan information carefully.  Look to see if the medications you are taking are covered in 2017.  Also look to see if your co-pay level has changed or if new restrictions have been added.

    4. 75th Anniversary of the Bombing of Pearl Harbor

      Seifert Bianchi American Legion Post 132

      Seifert Bianchi American Legion Post 132 is observing the 75th Anniversary of the Bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 2016 by holding two events.

      The first is a ceremony dedicating a POW/MIA table display in the Club Room entrance area at 6:30 pm.

      The second The Legion is hosting a Roast Beef dinner from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm with meat raffles to help fund the purchase or repair of the Legion’s kitchen equipment and for building maintenance projects.

      We hope to see you at the New Ulm American Legion, 13 South Minnesota Street on December 7, 2016!

We pair this work with Dvorak’s New World Symphony, a piece written so that Americans could have their own great music.
