      HUTCHINSON - The fourth annual Brunch with the Bishop, an annual benefit for Catholic schools in the Diocese of New Ulm will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2018, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Church of St. Anastasia (Cafeteria), 400 Lake Street SW, Hutchinson. Bishop John M. LeVoir will assist in serving the brunch and greeting those attending.

      Reservations are not required. Guests will be asked for a free-will offering. All donations will benefit the diocesan endowments supporting Catholic schools and the local hosting school, St. Anastasia.

      Free Youth Mental Health First Aid Course in Windom

       NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will hold a free Youth Mental Health First Aid training course on May 19, from 8:00-4:30, at BARC Building1012 5th Ave., in Windom. The course is designed to teach participants the risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents, build understanding of the importance of early intervention, and teach individuals how to help a youth in crisis or experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
