Race begins at 6:30pm at Allison Park, Sleepy Eye, Bike Trail 3.1 miles; participants will be timed; prizes to the top two male and female runners; all participants that pre-register by August 20 will receive a t-shirt and refreshments; both runners and walkers are welcome; children under the age of 12 may ride their bikes if their parents are walking; race day registration begins at 5:30pm.

Entry fee: 5K run/walk/$20; 5K bike (for children 12 and under)/$10.
