Putting Green, along with the Heart of New Ulm Project, is excited to announce a new addition to the landscape, New Ulm’s Community Garden at Putting Green EcoCenter, corner of 20th S and Valley. Information and sign up meeting will be held Tuesday, April 9, at 7pm in the basement of the library.
A community garden is a place where neighbors and families gather to grow healthy delicious food. Each person will have their own plot to grow their own herbs, flowers, fruit or vegetables. Sign up to be a community gardener on Tuesday, April 9, at the library. If you can’t make it to the meeting, call Tracie at 507-276-1958 to sign up or for more details. There will be a limited number of plots available for the season and are $35 per plot per season.
