The Brown County Highway Department’s project on 10th South and Summit Avenue from Broadway to Flandrau State Park will start Tuesday. The project will consist of a bituminous mill and overlay, reconstruction of pedestrian ramps and pavement markings. Concrete work will be completed under traffic and the bituminous milling and paving operations will require full road closure to through traffic. Access to the New Ulm Country Club and residences within the project will remain open. The expected project completion is early October.
