Parmesan Roasted Asparagus 25 May 18

Parmesan Roasted Asparagus – submitted by Patti Lee Bock of New Ulm

Cut 2 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus. Place on a sheet pan in a single layer. Drizzle with 2 T olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Roast 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese and return to oven for another minute. Serve with lemon wedges.
