Highway 93 opens between Henderson and Highway 169 24 Apr 18

The Minnesota Department of Transportation reopened Highway 93 to traffic between Henderson and Highway 169. This section of Highway 93 between 308th Lane and Ridge Road in Henderson was closed due to flooding from the Rush River. MnDOT is tracking rising water on rivers throughout the region. The food warning continues for the Cottonwood River at New Ulm. At 8 p.m. Monday the stage was 13.4 feet. Flood stage is at 11 feet. The New Ulm Police Department has closed Cottonwood Street from the Cottonwood River Bridge to Butternut Street due to water over the road. The river is forecasted to continue to rise to 15.1 feet by Wednesday early afternoon.
