Eggnog Custard

1 egg, beaten
1 c eggnog
2 T white sugar
2 pinches ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350°. Fill an 8″x8″ baking dish with 1″ of water.

Beat the egg, eggnog and sugar together in a bowl. Pour into tow small baking dishes. Sprinkle tops with nutmeg. Place baking dishes into the dish of water. Add more water if necessary to reach halfway up the sides of the baking dishes.

Bake in preheated oven until tops are set, 35-45 minutes. Cool before serving.
