Sweet Potato Casserole

4 c cubed sweet potatoes
1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t salt
4 T butter
1/2 c milk
1/2 t vanilla

Topping:
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c flour
3 T butter
1/2 c chopped pecans

Cook sweet potatoes with skins on and slip skins off. Cube or mash. Combine first 7 ingredients and pour into a 9×13″ pan.

Mix topping mixture until course. Stir in pecans and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake 30 min. at 325° or until topping is lightly brown.
