Four people in Blue Earth County charged with felonies for voting crimes 30 Nov 17

Four people in Blue Earth County are facing felony charges for voting crimes in the 2016 election. 26-year-old Alysse Miranda Fitzpatrick of Lake Crystal, 23-year-old Ashley Nicole Williams of Mankato and 27-year-old Taylor Mitchel Spence of Mapelton were charged Wednesday with voting while ineligible to vote in Blue Earth County District Court. 45-year-old Noah Summers of Mankato was charged with registering to vote while ineligible. Fitzpatrick, Williams and Spence all allegedly voted in the 2016 election while they were prohibited from voting because they were on probation for felony convictions. Summers reportedly signed the voter roster which includes an oath that the signer is eligible to vote and has registered.
