North Mankato Councilor walks out of public meeting 18 Oct 17

Public criticism over the way North Mankato conducts business caused a councilor to leave a recent public meeting half-way through. Two residents criticized the restrictive public comment policy and made allegations that city leadership has created a hostile work enviornment for staff. Councilor Bob Freyberg, frustrated as residents violated the city’s new comment policy with no repercussions, left the meeting.
