Sibley County inmate is captured after escape 16 Aug 17

A Sibley County Jail inmate who fled while doing community service was caught after several hours Monday. Twenty-six-year-old Patrick Moses Junior of Gaylord was on a Sentence to Service work crew in Clear Lake County Park near Gibbon when he disappeared around 1 p.m. The Nicollet County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Natural Resources and a State Patrol helicopter assisted in the search. He was found on County Road 2 shortly after 5:30 p.m. Monday evening. he was charged Tuesday with escape from custody and fleeing police. He is serving a one-year jail sentence for DWI after multiple probation violations.
