Trucker charged for fatal crash in Redwood County 07 Jun 17

Criminal charges have been filed against a semi driver for a fatal crash in Redwood County. Twenty-six-year-old Zackery Charles Nathan Mills of Armarillo, Texas is accused of criminal vehicular homicide and failing to stop at a stop sign. According to the criminal complaint, witnesses report that Mills was traveling at a high rate of speed and went through a stop sign around 4 p.m. Friday afternoon, hitting an SUV. A passenger in the SUV, 75-year-old Kent Lewis Wichman of Burnsville was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital where he later died of his injuries. The driver of the SUV, 27-year-old Dustin Ray Holflock of Balaton along with another passenger, 64-year-old Kathleen Wichman were both ospitalized with injuries. Mills made his first court appearance on Monday.
