Montgomery man steals UTVs, threatens others on joyride 17 May 17

A Montgomery man charged recently for stealing utility vehicles and fleeing police is now also accused of assaulting and threatening men he encountered while on his police-fleeing-joyride. According to the criminal complaint, employees of a tree service working south of Montgomery reported they were accosted by 38-year-old Jamie Joseph Otterdahl who was on an ATV. Three workers say he threatened to shoot them, he used racial slurs and hit another person in the face and one employee said he was asked for marijuana. Otterdahl was charged Monday with felony threats and misdemeanor assault. He was charged previously with multiple felonies and misdemeanors alleging he was drunk when he stole and rode a snowmobile and ATV while fleeing police.
