Meat Pie Shell:
1 lb. hamburger
2/3 c oatmeal
1/2 c dressing
1 egg
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Filling:
1 can 16 oz. sauerkraut drained
2 c swiss cheese shredded
1 1/2 t caraway seed

Combine ingredients for meat pie shell, do not cook meat or oatmeal, mix well. Press into bottom and sides of 9″ pie pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Drain. Combine filling ingredients mixing well. Spoon into meat shell. Bake 10-12 minutes more until cheese is melted. If using microwave, cook shell 6-7 minutes rotating three times. Add filling and cook 5 more minutes.
