Two for One Cranberry Sauce and Salad – submitted by June Milbrett of New Ulm
3 c fresh cranberries
3/4 c sugar
1 c water
1 cinnamon stick
2 c plain greek yogurt or sour cream
2 c pineapple tidbits, well drained
2 c mini marshmallows
1 c chopped pecans
2 c flaked coconut

Combine berries, sugar, water and cinnamon stick in saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cool completely, sauce will thicken upon cooling.

Add 1 1/2 c cooled mixture with remaining ingredients and stir well. Let sit four hours or overnight.

Use remaining cranberry sauce for toppings on your Thanksgiving dinner.
