Wells man charged in sexual assault 12 Jul 16

A Wells man is behind bars on sexual offense charges. Twenty-year-old Samuel Adam Johnson has been charged with 2 felony counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and felony first-degree burglary related to an assault. According to the criminal complaint Johnson is accused of sexually assaulting a woman by breaking and entering her home via the roof to crawl in a window. The woman told police Johnson put his hands on her neck and applied pressure. Johnson was in the Faribault County Jail Monday.
