Macaroni Salad

1 bag macaroni

1 large bell pepper, chopped

4 shredded carrots

1 chopped onion

1 can Eagle Brand milk

1/2 cup vinegar

2 cups mayonnaise

1/2 tsp pepper

4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped

2 dill pickles, chopped

3/4 lb American cheese

Cook and drain macaroni. When done, run cold water over and drain well. Add bell pepper, onion and carrots. Mix in milk, vinegar, mayonnaise and pepper. Mix well, then add cubed cheese, pickles and eggs.
