A house on South Minnesota Street was demolished Tuesday to make way for construction of a 37-unit apartment building. Another structure on South Minnesota Street will also be torn down to make room for the new apartments. The new Ulm City Council approved  TIF financing for the project and also created a TIF subdistrict to remove contaminated soil from part of the development site.
