Pasta and Garden Salad

1 – 8oz pkg Rotini macaroni

2 chopped green peppers

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 chopped cucumber

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3/4 cup vinegar

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp water

1/2 tsp salt

Mix the oil, vinegar, water, sugar and salt together. Cook the macaroni until done. Toss your fresh vegetables in and pour the dressing over it all and toss. Let sit overnight before serving.
