Barbeque Beef Sandwiches

1 – 4lb beef chuck roast

1 cup ketchup

1 cup barbeque sauce

4 cups chopped celery

2 cups water

1 cup chopped onion

2 tbsp vinegar

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chili powder, optional

1 tsp garlic powder, optional

Place beef in Dutch oven or large baking pan with cover. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 5 hours. Turn beef occasionally. When done, shred beef with fork and serve on rolls or buns.
