Two Local “Most Intriguing Cities” 14 Jun 14

The cities of New Ulm and St. Peter have made the list of the “Ten Most Intriguing Cities in Greater Minnesota.”  The list was compiled by the website www.thetangential.com. New Ulm comes in at Number 7 on the list, which calls it “The Epicenter of Gopher State Germanness.” It also mentions the Hermann Monument and the Glockenspiel. St. Peter is at Number 3 on the list of the Ten Most Intriguing Cities in Greater Minnesota, and is called “Brooklyn-On-The-Prairie” because of its many options for fashionable food and drink. It also mentions Gustavus Adolphus College. The other cities that made the list are: Albert Lea, Delano, Duluth, Winona, Red Wing, Grand Marais, Stillwater, and Morris at Number One.
