Authorities were called out to the home after a report that 26-year-old Kyle Lee Pool had assaulted a person there that he had a previous relationship with. He had allegedly arrived at the home intoxicated, and later returned and committed the alleged assault, which included slapping and punching, as well as a hit on the head and putting both hands on the victim’s neck.
