Dairy Potato Bake

1 – 2 lb bag frozen hash browns, thawed

1/2 cup melted butter (save some for top)

salt and pepper

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 – 10-1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup

1 – 8oz carton sour cream

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

2 cup Corn Flake crumbs


In large bowl, add all ingredients, except crumbs. Pour into a 9×13 inch buttered pan; top with crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
