Chris Parmelee hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to send the Twins to an 8-6 win over the Red Sox at Target Field. Parmelee finished 3-for-4 while Eduardo Nunez hit a two-run shot as the Twins won their third in four games. Ricky Nolasco threw six innings of three-run ball while Glen Perkins got the win in relief. The Twins resume their three-game series with the Boston Red Sox tonight at Target Field. Kevin Correia gets the ball for the Twins. He is 1-and-4 with a 6.34 ERA in seven starts this season. The Sox will send out left-hander Felix Doubront, who is 1-and-3 with a 5.09 ERA.
