A patient at the Minnesota Security Hospital in St. Peter who failed to return to the facility after being issued a day pass is now facing criminal charges. 44-year-old Patrick Grande has been charged with two felony escape-related counts for the incident last month. Authorities say that Grande was provided with a campus pass on April 18th, but didn’t come back. He was located 4 days later by the Anoka Police Department. He is scheduled to be in court for the alleged crime on May 20th.
