Rhubarb Salad

3 cups diced fresh rhubarb

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 – 3oz pkgs strawberry gelatin

2 cups cold water

2 cups finely diced celery

Combine rhubarb, sugar and salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat until rhubarb is tender. Bring mixture to a boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring gently until just dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart bowl or mold and chill.
