Olivia Drug Dealer Sentenced 11 Apr 14

A Willmar woman accused of selling more than 200 prescription pills to an undercover police informant in Olivia has been sentenced to 7 years of probation for the crime. 47-year-old Susan Marie Erickson pleaded guilty to a first-degree drug sale charge in Renville County Court and was sentenced this week. The sale of the nearly $3,000 worth of various prescription pills took place in the parking lot of Max’s Grill in Olivia, and involved an informant with the Brown, Lyon, Redwood, Renville Drug Task Force. In addition to the time on probation, Erickson was also ordered to serve 365 days in jail, but an 11-year prison sentence was stayed.
