More than 181,000 Minnesotans have now enrolled in health coverage through MNsure. Interim CEO Scott Leitz says hundreds of people have still been enrolling even after the March 31st deadline for open enrollment. MNsure has also picked a new contractor to handle its website, which has been criticized for a slew of problems before open enrollment started. Seven companies put in bids, but officials can’t disclose the winner until the contract is approved by the federal government. Minnesota’s legislative auditor says he plans to conduct a comprehensive review of the troubled launch of Minnesota’s health insurance exchange and have it completed by the end of the year.
