Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

2 – 10oz boxes broccoli

1/2 lb Velveeta cheese

1/2 cup butter, melted

36 Ritz crackers, crumbled

1/2 cup milk

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Layer broccoli, crackers and cheese in a casserole dish as many times as necessary, make the top layer cheese. Pour milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
