Baked Rice

1-1/2 cups chopped celery

2 medium chopped onions

1-1/2 sticks butter

2 small cans mushrooms

2 small bell peppers, chopped

2 small cans water chestnuts

2 lb lean pork sausage

2 cups uncooked rice

1 can chicken broth

Saute chopped vegetables. Cook rice. Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees in covered dish for 30-45 minutes.
