Pothole Repair Funding Proposed 27 Mar 14

A Minnesota House transportation panel is weighing whether to devote $15-million to repair potholes and other damage to roads from this tough winter. The state highway fund would supply $10-million for highway work, with $5-million then coming from the general fund for county and city roads. Lawmakers discussing the proposal compared driving on Minnesota roads to an amusement park ride because of all the potholes that need dodging.
