A Coon Rapids food company is voluntarily recalling products because of a possible listeria contamination. Parkers Farm is asking consumers to return items to their local retailer or discard them. The affected foods include salsa, peanut butter, cheese, and spreads. The company says the action is being taken as a precaution in response to testing conducted by the State of Minnesota. So far, no illnesses have been reported. If you think you may be sick as a result of eating a Parkers Farm product, you’re urged to contact your health care provider. More information on the recall can be found HERE.
