Mexican Cheese Dip

1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 – 8oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese

1 each red, green, yellow peppers, chopped

1 jar salsa

1 bag of chips or crackers

Spread the softened cream cheese on the bottom of a pie or baking dish. Layer salsa on top of the cream cheese; followed by shredded cheese and finish by topping with the chopped peppers. Serve with chips or crackers.
