Authorities are still investigating a high-speed chase on Highway 212 in Eden Prairie early Friday that resulted in the death of a Wisconsin woman and her boyfriend. The victims were identified over the weekend as 34-year-old Dawn Pfister of Elkhorn and 36-year-old Matthew Serbus. They allegedly led officers on a chase up to 90-miles-an-hour during the Friday morning rush hour, which came to an end with spike strips and more than a dozen shots being fired. Pfister reportedly began a relationship with Serbus just last month. The mother of two was expected to go on trial in mid-March for several drug possession charges. Serbus had a criminal history dating back to 1999 which included convictions for drugs, theft, and burglary.
