Crock Pot Potatoes

4 – 15oz cans potatoes

1/2 stick I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter

1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup

1 cup fat free sour cream

1/2 cup low fat Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix

chopped onion

salt and pepper

Drain liquid from potatoes. Put potatoes in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
