Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 large boneless, skinned chicken breasts (cut into 1/2″ pieces)

1 – 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 – 8oz can tomato sauce

2 – 14-1/2 oz cans chicken broth

1 – 10-1/4 oz can cheddar cheese soup

2 cups chopped carrots

8oz frozen corn

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tablespoon chili powder

handful of chopped celery

salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on  high for 5-6 hours or on low for 8 hours. Ladle into bowls and top with shredded cheese, avocados or tortilla chips.
