Potato Soup

6 potatoes, diced

3 stalks of celery, diced

2 carrots, grated

5 strips of bacon, cooked and diced

1/2 onion, sauteed in bacon grease

1 tsp salt

4oz sour cream

In a large pot, put potatoes with just enough water to cover them. Add celery, carrots and salt to potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20-30 minutes. Add bacon and onion, cook 10 minutes longer. Warm sour cream; then stir into soup.
