A Morgan woman accused of assaulting emergency personnel was sentenced Friday in Brown County Court. 36-year-old Ann Nicole Neylon was charged with 4th-degree assault of hospital personnel for the 2012 incident at the New Ulm Medical Center, and pleaded guilty to the felony charge in court Friday. This came after she failed to appear in court twice for the case. She was sentenced to time served for the 21 days she spent in jail and will spend 2 years on supervised probation. She will also be required to undergo a psychological evaluation, and may have no contact with the victim outside of the hospital. Neylon has a past criminal history of domestic assault, DUIs and drug possession as well.
