The New Ulm Farm-City Hub Club honored Pete and Linda Neigebauer with the 2014 Service to Agriculture Award on Monday. Pete Neigebauer is in his 25th year as an agribusiness instructor at South Central College, and served as a New Ulm High School ag teacher for 10 years prior to that. He has also volunteered his time to several organizations, and says that getting involved in your community is important. Pete Neigebauer was recently named the Post-Secondary Ag Teacher of the Year by the Minnesota Farm Bureau as well. Linda Neigebauer has more than 30 years of banking experience, is a charter member of the Kiwanis Club of New Ulm and is active on the New Ulm Chamber’s Willkommen Committee.
