Creamy Tomato Soup 24 Jan 14









Cream of Tomato Soup

2 cups cooked tomatoes

1/2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp honey

3 cups low fat

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Combine tomatoes, milk and basil in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave on low and heat slowly, stirring occasionally, but do not boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, honey and butter.
