A broadside crash on Highway 7 in McLeod County Tuesday morning left 2 people injured. It happened at just before 11am at the intersection with County Road 1 just north of Lester Prairie. A Chevy pickup pulling a trailer and driven by 49-year-old Thomas Grapp of Cokato was heading southbound on the county road when he collided with an eastbound Buick LeSabre driven by 52-year-old Daniel Florey of Montevideo. They both suffered non life-threatening injuries, and Florey was taken to the Waconia Hospital for treatment. The pickup truck was totaled, and the Buick took severe damage.
