Butterscotch Crunchies

Melt 2 – 6oz packages butterscotch chips in a double boiler. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 cups of Chow Mein noodles and 1 cup salted peanuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Let stand until set; approximately 20 minutes.
