Brief Break From Winter Weather 26 Dec 13

After around 3-and-half-inches of snow fell in the New Ulm area on Christmas Eve, the National Weather Service says that the rest of the week should be mild. Reports show more winter weather will hit Saturday night into Sunday with a chance of freezing rain, snow and windy conditions. That will be followed by an arctic cold front bringing in some of the coldest air of the season. Forecasters say that temperatures will struggle to rise above zero early next week in our local area.
