Vegetable Casserole

1 large pkg mixed California vegetables

1 cup Minute Rice

1 can cream mushroom soup

1 – 8oz Velveeta cheese

1 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp onion flakes and fresh onion

3/4 cup milk

Grease or spray a 9×13 inch baking dish. Put vegetables on bottom of dish. Sprinkle rice over vegetables. Combine soup, cheese, onions, seasoned salt and milk. Heat until cheese melts. Pour on vegetables and rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
