Thanksgiving Dressing

1 loaf white bread

1-1/2 pkgs croutons

1 large can chicken broth

2 sticks butter

1 tbsp sage

3 tbsp poultry seasoning

6-7 eggs

2 onions

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1-1/2 cups water

1 stalk celery

Break up slices of white bread into pieces and put into large roaster. Add croutons, onions, celery, eggs and seasonings. In saucepan over low heat, melt butter; take off stove and add water and chicken broth. Pour these ingredients over dry ones in roaster and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
