A St. Peter woman has been charged with multiple counts of burglary and identity theft in connection with 3 St. Peter burglaries this year. 27-year-old Elizabeth Kelli Kammer faces 4 felony and 2 gross misdemeanor charges after several items reported stolen from St. Peter residents were found in her home. Kammer’s apartment was searched after her neighbor reported to police that she had entered his home without his consent, and that several credit cards and other items were missing. Kammer allegedly made several fraudulent purchases with those, and other stolen cards. She had reportedly told police that she was concerned about her neighbor because his door had been left open, but investigators found several pry marks around the lock. Kammer now faces up to 10 years in prison.
