NU City Council Meeting Preview 19 Nov 13

The New Ulm City Council is scheduled to consider a resolution this (TUE) evening to adopt the Brown County All-Hazard Mitigation Plan. The plan includes strategies and risk assessments for various hazards that could occur, and allows participating entities to be eligible for FEMA grants. In other business today, the council will hold the second readings of ordinances dealing with zoning and city fees, and will consider a motion approving the amended final assessment roll for the city’s Minnesota River Levee Project and will set the date for a Public Hearing on the assessments. Today’s New Ulm City Council meeting starts at 5pm at New Ulm City Hall.
