Harvest Cobbler

Fruit mixture:

4 cups apples and pears, peeled and cored

2 cups fresh cranberries, halved

1/4 cup dried cranberries

3/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch
 

Crumble topping:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 8”-9” baking dish. Prepare fruit mixture and place in baking dish. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add the cut butter until it’s a crumble mixture. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until fruit pieces bubble and topping is brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
